
Externships
Our Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts and Hospitality & Hotel Management programs put your training into practice with an externship in the field. This is an opportunity to tailor your education to your personal interests and culinary career goals. Students spend 210 hands-on hours (200 in Hospitality & Hotel Management) at the industry’s most acclaimed restaurants, hotels, catering companies, pastry shops and corporate food service venues. In the past few years, more than 1,500 students have externed in more than 300 establishments — in a range of work experiences as diverse as our student body.
