Chef Robert Bordwell comes to ICE from Dolce Forno, Drago Bakery where he was the Pastry Chef/Manager.
Chef Bordwell has 15 years of baking and pastry experience and has worked for The Royce at the Langham Huntington Hotel and San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina.
