Individual Attention

During individual sessions throughout your time at ICE, our advisors offer assistance in résumé writing, interview skills and other opportunities for professional development. Volunteer opportunities with chefs and other food professionals provide additional networking and real world experience to students during their studies.

As graduation nears, our Career Services Department works closely with you in developing your professional presence and matching your skills, goals and personality with restaurant positions and hospitality careers offered by our extensive employer network. Whether its a bustling, highly-regarded restaurant, an artisanal bread bakery or a trendy food magazine, we'll help you get there.

Chef, Restaurateur and Head Judge of Bravo's "Top Chef "Tom Colicchio praises ICE

"I’ve been working with ICE students in New York for years and they are consistently among the best young chefs in my restaurants. I’m very much looking forward to having an institution like ICE produce the same level of talent for my LA and Las Vegas restaurants, and to what their next generation of culinary leaders will do for the west coast food scene."
