Online Culinary Training

Derived from ICE’s award-winning, on-campus program and developed by the chefs and educators from its New York City and Los Angeles locations, the online Culinary Arts & Food Operations diploma program provides professional training in the foundational principles of culinary arts. Students will explore the theory, science and techniques that form the basis of major cuisines. In addition, students will study the fundamentals of pastry and baking, restaurant management, operations and entrepreneurship.

Your culinary aspirations may lead to managing, owning or starting a business. ICE offers the chance to earn not only a culinary school or baking and pastry school diploma, but also the opportunity to double major in Restaurant & Culinary Management, gaining two diplomas and the essential entrepreneurial skills you need to succeed. Moreover, our programs are designed to accommodate your motivation, providing tuition incentives for double majors.
