After a sold-out 2013 season, ICE and the NY Jets are proud to announce Season 2 of our exclusive gameday cooking classes. Step up your tailgating skills with lessons from ICE’s team of all-pro chefs—without missing a minute of Monday or Thursday Night Football. What’s more, fans will have the chance to meet and cook alongside current and former Jets players.

The team is ready to #JetUp for a roaring start! New York Jets Offensive Lineman Willie Colon can’t wait to get in on the action this year. Says Willie, “I’m very excited to team up with ICE for a second season of the Jets Cooking School. This year’s classes will be bigger and better and help Jets fans take their tailgates to the next level. I look forward to working with ICE’s outstanding chefs and the amazing fans that participate to help make these delicious recipes. ”

New to this season, all class attendees will receive the ICE Exclusive VIP Jets Experience, including a once in a lifetime opportunity: an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of MetLife Stadium—game day home to the New York Jets. The tour includes a visit to the stadium’s premium spaces, including the field, press box, Jets team locker room and more.

Inspired by the New York Jets taking on the Chicago Bears on September 22, fans will learn the secrets to the windy city’s iconic eats, from deep dish pizza to grilled Chicago-style hot dogs. Fans will make both the hot dogs and frank fixings from scratch, and learn to craft seasonal apple crumb pie doughnuts.

What’s better with football than wings and beer? For this class, ICE is turning its 12th floor into an all-green sports bar to watch the Jets take on the New England Patriots. Fans will learn to craft the ultimate wing bar—from beer-battered to smothered in buffalo sauce and beyond. Then, they’ll wash it all down with tips to create their own hand-crafted beer cocktails.

Looking to take your Thanksgiving Day tailgate to the next level? Punt aside traditional methods and learn to deep-fry that turkey! Join current Jets players in the kitchen, as you learn to elevate traditional Thanksgiving sides like corn bread pudding and green bean casserole. And top of this hearty, seasonal feast with a modern autumn dessert: pumpkin tiramisu.

As the Jets prepare to take on the Tennessee Titans on December 15, fans will learn to prepare the ultimate Southern Comfort classics. From shrimp and grits to the perfect fried chicken. Jets players will be on hand to help their “gang green” bring the dishes to the end zone.

Join ICE and the Jets on a culinary tour to conquer the flavors of the AFC East: Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots and, of course, the New York Jets. In this hand-on cooking class, fans will choose their favorite competitor and learn to craft their hometown classics alongside Jets personalities—all on the Jets’ home turf, complete with a front row view of the field.
