After nearly thirty years in the restaurant business, there’s little that Chef Brian Buckley, a founding instructor in ICE’s Culinary Management program, hasn’t seen. And when it comes to food safety, he knows that proper information and training can make the difference between an efficient, delicious restaurant…and an epidemic.

That’s why CBS New York brought Buckley in to talk food safety in the midst of flu season, a time when his sage advice is more relevant than ever: “the absolute, number one tip – always – is wash your hands”.
