Whether as chefs, cake decorators, specialty food purveyors or caterers, ICE alumni are finding success in a plethora of different avenues in the food world. Check out just some of the alumni finding success and making recent headlines.

*Jamie Tiampo (Management ’06) of SeeFood Media at EatTV has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). He is also nominated for a 2011 IACP Cookbook Award in the Children, Youth and Family category for his photography in Sara Moulton’s Everyday Family Dinners.

*Joncarl Lachman’s (Culinary ’02) restaurant, Vincent, was included in Chicago magazine’s Best New Restaurants list for the year.

*Gaia DiLoreto (Management ’10) and her Brooklyn-focused store, By Brooklyn were profiled in the Daily News and Time Out New York.

*Pnina Peled (Culinary ’00), Executive Chef of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, was profiled for her inspiring work with pediatric patients on the Rachael Ray Show.
