Many of our Culinary Arts and Pastry & Baking Arts students actually “double major” in Culinary Management so they can pick up the business skills needed to manage, grow, open, own and operate a successful business. (Also, they get a 20% discount on the tuition.)

If you would like to know more, we’ll be holding a special open house just for the management program. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to sit down with Steve Zagor, Director of the Culinary Management Program, as he discusses program details, the curriculum, career opportunities and being an entrepreneur in the food industry. He said on success in the food world, “So many people have the dream of opening a café or food business. The Management Open House is a terrific opportunity to hear how our relatively short management class can help make the dream a reality.”

The evening will also afford prospective students a chance to ask questions to a selection of alumni who will be present to discuss their personal experiences. Coming from diverse careers in the food industry, these alumni will be able to speak to versatility of the program.
