ICE has just introduced a new weekend schedule for Culinary Management. With more flexible scheduling, students who want to learn more about owning and operating a food business without leaving a day job will be able to do so. The new class will meet on Saturdays and Sundays and the students will cover topics ranging from developing a concept, finding a location, marketing, budgeting and more, all while developing a final business plan for his or her own food business.
