In this fun class, Pastry Chef Instructor Kathryn Gordon will lead you through the creation of a variety of colorful and delicious lollipops. She will cover basic sugar cooking skills, as well as how to flavor and pull ribbon candy. You will share and take home a variety of lollipops created with different sugar-related skills.
