Later today, Dessert Professional will be holding the annual Top Ten Pastry Chefs of 2010 event at ICE. Tonight at the gala the best pastry chefs in America will present their elaborate showpieces and showcase their luscious desserts.
ICE’s Chef Instructor Michelle Tampakis is one of the Top Ten Pastry Chefs of 2010 nominees. She’s also the school’s resident expert on chocolate. She put all her skills to work last week making her towering showpiece and desserts for the event (and they’re gluten-free!). Check out the photos of her hard at work on her goodies.
