From Magnolia Bakery and Whole Foods Market to Soho House New York and The Dinex Group, recruiters packed the sixth floor conference room at ICE yesterday afternoon for the 2010 ICE Career Expo. ICE students and alumni spoke with representatives from more than 15 restaurants, hospitality groups and food service companies.

ICE alumni Jennifer Houle (General Manager, Le Pain Quotidien), Alex Valdes-Fauli (General Manager, Shake Shack – Madison Square Park) and Mike Dulle (Dining Room Manager, Union Square Cafe) were in attendance to speak with both current ICE students and recent graduates about the vast career opportunities available in the culinary field.
